ACL Knee Reconstruction Videos
December 14th 2006 09:54
I underwent a left-knee ACLR on July 31 2006 and have previously enjoyed sharing my trials and tribulations with my wonderful readers!
From the feedback I received, the ACL posts were among Sport Talk's most popular, so I'd like to share some more insights into the not-so-wonderful world of anterior-cruciate-ligament reconstructions.
Firstly - diagnosis, a very early stage in the ACLR process but an important one none the less. The diagnosis stage is the most difficult, acute pain still exists in the joint and waiting times can be ridiculous. But it pays to be vigilant and thorough, so get a second opinion if you feel something isn't right.
Please ask any questions in the comment section and I am happy to share the details of what I went through during the diagnosis stage.

So there you have it! More information on the dreaded ACLR. Post your comments, questions or opinions!
