Ben Cousins to play for Richmond Tigers

At 10.30am this morning, Ben Cousins will become a Tiger in 2009. Despite a salary cap with only $120,000 of room to move, Sport Talk believes Richmond will certainly offer the fallen Eagles Brownlow Medallist a lifeline.

Essendon great Kevin Sheedy played a crucial role in convincing his former club to reignite Ben Cousins' career.

Many will lament this decision, including the one young rookie who will miss out on being drafted to an AFL club.

Could be the best, or worst, decision the Tigers have ever made.
