The Arizona Cardinals' wide receiver, Larry Fitzgerald, has agreed to an eight year, 120 million dollars deal with the team. He is guaranteed close to 50 million dollars. The six additional years after the year of 2012 would be worth 17 million dollars each. The 15 million dollar average would tie him with Richard Seymour, who plays for the Oakland Raiders. The two would be the fifth highest paid players in the league, the other four are all quarterbacks. Fitzgerald had three consecutive seasons of at least ten touchdown receptions before scoring six times last season on 90 catches for 1,137 yards. He has scored at least six touchdowns in all of his seven year career.
