Injured: Efficient scratched from Melbourne Cup

2007 Melbourne Cup winner Efficient has been scratched from Tuesday's Melbourne Cup because of an injury.

Efficient, trained by Lloyd Williams was a hot chance to win back-to-back Melbourne Cups.
