Miami And Thunder Win In Overtime

In game three, Chris Bosh said his nerves got the best of him. He went 1 for 6 from the field, and made all four of his free throws for six points in that game. Tonight, he shook off his jitters and scored 20 points with 12 rebounds. LeBron James had a game high of 35 points along with 14 rebounds. Wade added 28 points for the Heat. Udonis Haslem returned back from foot surgery, he was deactivated for 6 months prior to this game. He only played three minutes. For the Celtics, Paul Pierce had a team high of 27 points. Rajon Rondo, who had come off a dislocated elbow on Saturday, did not take a shot for his injury, scored 10 points and had five assists. The Celtics only scored four points in overtime, and committed four turnovers. Miami Heat won this game in overtime, 98 to 90, and are now up 3 to 1 in the series. The series shifts back to Miami for game five on Wednesday, where the heatles will try to wrap up this series.



In the Memphis Grizzlies and Oklahoma City Series, the Oklahoma Thunder went on a 22-9 run to end the first half when they were trailing 27 to 44. At the end of regulation, this game went into three overtimes. The score was tied at 96 apiece going into the first overtime. In overtime, the Thunder had it biggest lead at seven, 105 to 98, then the Grizzlies came back storming. O.J. Mayo hit two threes to cut the deficit to one. Then the Thunder came back scoring at the other end to put Oklahoma City up by three points. The Grizzlies went down on their side of the court, and ZBO was fouled. He cut the deficit to one again. With 16 seconds left in the game, Mayo fouled Westbook to send him to line in which he hit both his free throws; that was Mayo's sixth foul. Conley also fouled out in the first overtime. He had 16 points. Then the rookie, GreivisVasquez, hit a three to send the game into another overtime at 109 apiece. In the second overtime, both team exchanged baskets during the entire period, and the game went into a third overtime at 119-119. In the third overtime, the Thunder prevailed by outscoring the Grizzlies, 14 to 4, to win the game, 133 to 123. Durant scored six of 35 points in that overtime. For Oklahoma, its top performer was Russell Westbrook, who scored 40 points in 51 minutes of play. Durant added 35 points in 56 minutes. For the Grizzlies, their top player was Zach Randolph with 34 points and 16 rebounds in 56 minutes. Gasol added 26 points and 21 rebounds in 57 minutes. The Grizzlies suffered their first loss in the postseason, and the Thunder gained back home court advantage. The series is tied 2-2. Game five is Wednesday. The winner of this series will play the Dallas Mavericks, who swept the Lakers on Sunday.
